We are thrilled to be kicking off a three month health series for our Community Spotlight videos! January through March we'll feature some of our favorite businesses that focus on healthy living. All of these business are women run and work North of Boston! Since January is the time to set goals for the new year, we thought Jen Finnegan of holistichealthjourney.org was the perfect person to start with. Jen is a mind body and wellness coach based out of Marblehead, MA, but often holds retreats around New England. She helps men, woman and children ages 5 and up through mindfulness, meditation, yoga and plant based nutrition.
