Michelle has been a fan of Wellness Hot Yoga in North Andover, MA for several years. Originally curious about how hot yoga could help her with some lower back issues, she tried a class and was hooked. Owner Teri Almquist has built supportive community in her studio over the past 12 years. Her loyal students have many different reasons for coming, and all share a common love for this type of yoga practice.
Currently Wellness Hot Yoga has a host of classes on their website for free. She is also generously giving away a free month of yoga, to be used when the studio reopens. Wouldn't this be a great act of self-care to start now and look forward to once we can leave our houses again!? We would be thrilled if the gift card went to someone in the restaurant/service industry or medical field. Maybe enter for yourself or a friend?! We wanted to look at the specific data to see how this effected our local market in the Suburbs North of Boston. Since new information is coming out daily, including Monday's Stay at Home Advisory, we will be looking at the data on a weekly basis to report the state of our local market. Watch the video below for John's review on the market from the past two weeks.
