John focuses on market strategy, pricing, negotiations, and helping clients understand how today’s conditions affect real-world outcomes. Michelle specializes in home preparation, staging, and helping sellers see what buyers respond to most—often before a home ever hits the market.

We believe the best results come from honest conversations, realistic expectations, and a clear plan. Sometimes that means moving forward. Other times, it means waiting or adjusting course. Either way, our job is to guide you—not push you.
