We are so grateful for John and Michelle's help in finding our first home! We primarily worked with John, but had Michelle's support during the closing. We interviewed several different agents, but the decision was made easy after meeting with John the first time. He was knowledgeable about the  home-buying process and the extremely competitive Boston housing market, but was also a calming presence. Not only did he run the comparables, but he had a really good sense of what a good offer would entail for our area. We were able to put together a smart AND competitive offer -- something that feels particularly tough in Boston, where homes go so much above asking price.
